POUR-OVER METHODS WITH PAPER FILTER
It is very easy to brew coffee by straining the coffee through a paper filter into a cup or brewing tool. It is also a clean and stress-free method, as the ground coffee can be discarded together with the filter paper after brewing.
Necessary materials
- Medium ground coffee
- Balance (to catch the right water/coffee ratio)
How is it done?
- Wet your paper filter a little with hot water. Then put the filter holder and the cup, jug, etc. in which you will brew the coffee. Heat the vehicle with hot water. Then drain the water.
- After placing your filter in your brewing tool, the cup etc. to be used in the brewing process. place it on your balance, including the tools. Get tare.
- Add coffee to the filter and tare again.
- Water in the right amount and at the right temperature should be added. (90-94oC). The rate of coffee that can be used initially can be 1 liter of water to 60 grams of coffee.
- Wet the ground coffee a little with water and wait for about 30 seconds. In this way, ensure that the blooming process takes place. Thanks to this process, the aroma of the coffee will emerge.
- If you want, keep pouring the water slowly and continuously or in portions until you reach the required water. You can serve after the water is completely filtered.
- You can play with the water/coffee ratio according to your own taste.
Cleaning
- Many V60 models are dishwasher safe
- Many V60 models can be cleaned with a soft sponge to remove any remaining particles and oils.
