V60

The most prominent coffee brewing method of the 3rd wave coffee stream is the V60. The V60 can be served as single, double or triple. The coffee is ground finely from the sea salt and put into the preheated filter. 300 ml of water is added for the 20 gr. ground coffee. The water is slowly poured over the coffee, ensuring a homogeneous brewing. Although there are many different ways of brewing coffee, this ancient brewing technique, introduced as an Italian tradition, is one of the best ways to make Espresso practically anywhere.
